Special events happen locally.

Calf Sorting is non-competitive but still has prize money.  Teams are of 3 riders and names are drawn randomly from a hat. It's all lots of fun with a BBQ at season end.
We don't worry about equitation at this event!                                                         

Burks Falls Fair English & Western Shows are held every Labor Day weekend.
They both have pony and horse divisions.
